As soon as you cancel your account, it becomes inactive.  (Meaning, even if you've just paid for the month, if you cancel you will lose access to your account as soon as you click "cancel". So if you want to keep using your account for the final month, please wait until the last day before cancelling.)


Step 1: Go to your Manage My Account page    


  * Login to your MōTTIV training app account.

  * Click "My Account" on the bottom of the left-hand menu.


Step 2: Cancel Your Account    


* On the Billing page, scroll to the bottom and click Cancel my Subscription. 


Important Note: The 14-day Free Trial period can only be used once per athlete. If you cancel your account at any time during your Free Trial, you will lose access as soon as you cancel. you will not be able to access another Free Trial if you sign up again in the future.  


Step 3: Your Membership is Cancelled    


* Once you have selected Cancel my Subscription, your account is closed immediately.   

* You will not be charged further.   

* To reactivate your membership, you can re-subscribe at any time and resume training. Your credit card will be immediately charged with the monthly fee when you re-subscribe, you will not get another free trial.
