The workouts on the MōTTIV training app already deal with hilly courses exceptionally well because we provide a lot of low cadence work in our workouts. So, if you have a hilly race ahead of you, there's nothing you will need to modify. In the race, it's okay to have your power and perceived effort increase on the uphills and decrease a bit on the downhills.
