Question: I signed up to the website expecting a 14-day Free Trial but I was charged immediately. Why?  

Answer: The 14-day Free Trial is only available once per athlete. If you've signed up to the app in the past and cancelled, the system will charge you the monthly training fee as soon as you sign up again. 

Question: I cancelled my 14-day Free Trial after only a couple of days but I  want to give the MōTTIV training app a try again.  Can I have another 14-day  Free Trial?

Answer: The 14-day Free Trial is only available once per athlete. So, even if you only gave the platform a try for a few minutes before cancelling in the past, the system is not able to assign you another Free Trial.
