If you can already swim 400meters/400y continuously: There are swim drills built into your MōTTIV training app workouts, so follow the swim drills that are being prescribe as that should help you get more comfortable and/or start to improve your speed. Those drills are done based on when they should happen in the year, and they're always done sequentially so they're building on each other.
