If you encounter any of the following, please send us an email (INCLUDING A SCREENSHOT OF THE BUG/ERROR, this is critical to allow us to fix the problem more quickly) to let us know about:
- a bug on the website
- a feature that isn't working properly
- a guided workout video that isn't working properly
In order to respond to any bug reports and fix them quickly, we need:
- a screenshot of the spot in the app where you're experiencing the problem
- information on what kind of device you're using (eg: iPhone 14, or desktop computer on Chrome browser)
