If your FTP isn't working properly when your MOTTIV workouts are being exported to other apps (TrainingPeaks, Garmin, Wahoo, etc.), you need to make sure to manually set your FTP in the settings of your other apps, to be the same as you have entered in your MOTTIV Zones page.


If the FTP number isn't consistent, you'll have workout issues because the numbers won't be the same.
