When you join the MOTTIV app, you'll complete a few steps that allows us to put together a training plan for you.


  1. You'll enter the race or races you plan to do.  This is done in the "RACES" tab in the app.

  2. You'll set the number of hours you want to train in a week, which will impact the type of finish you want to achieve.  This is done in the "SCHEDULE" tab in the app.  

    We provide you with a default training week when you enter your race dates, so to select your number of training hours that corresponds with the goal you want to achieve, you need to click "CHANGE HOURS" on the "SCHEDULE" page. Then, you'll move the slider back and forth to select your training goal/number of hours.

  3. You'll enter your Max HR, Resting HR, FTP, and a recent race result on the "ZONES" tab in the app.  This allows us to personalize every single workout to you, so that the training is always matched to your fitness at any given time.



Based on that information, we put together a training plan that will help you get to your race goals!
