Whether it's due to schedule issues or indoor pool rules, many folks have limited time in a pool to do their training.
Even if you don't think you can fit your assigned swim workout into the time you have available in the pool, don't stress about it.
Do as much as you can of the workout and leave it at that.
If the workout estimated time is 1:30, but you only have an hour, then make sure you're being efficient and not wasting time between sets. And don't scrimp on the warm-up and the drills, the drills are equally important to the actual swimming.
